The most expensive thing
in the room isn't the
membership fee.
It's the conversation
you didn't have.

The Circle is not a coaching group. It is a curated network of sovereign operators — each running at a level where the people in the room are worth more than any curriculum.

Value of the right introduction

At a certain level of operation, who you know determines what's possible more than anything else.

You've outgrown the mastermind model. You've sat in rooms where 90% of the people couldn't help you if they tried. Where the "networking" was LinkedIn energy dressed up as community. Where the caliber of the room was marketed as one thing and delivered as another.

The Circle was designed around a single constraint: 30 members, maximum, permanently. Not as a growth stage. As the architecture. A room of 30 sovereign operators at serious income levels creates a density of capability, capital, and connection that 300-person communities cannot replicate by definition.

Every member is vetted. Not for likability. Not for follower count. For the quality of what they bring to the room — their domain mastery, their capital, their network, their operational intelligence. The vetting is the product. You are not paying for content. You are paying for the people sitting next to you.

The structure exists to facilitate depth, not breadth. Ten minutes of Q's focused attention twice a week is worth more than 50 hours of generic group content. The sessions are intensive. The async access is direct. The room does the rest.

Who's in the Room

No names. No logos. No LinkedIn profiles. The people in The Circle are identified only by what they bring — and what they're building.

The Founder-Operator

Member archetype 02
The Capital Allocator
$1M — $5M annual
Private equity Angel investing Real estate
"Deploying capital at a pace where deal flow, intelligence, and the right co-investors matter more than advice. The Circle is a deal network, not a seminar."
Member archetype 03

$500k — $3M annual
Media Brand Audience
"Built an audience or brand to real scale. Navigating how to convert attention into durable business architecture. Has assets others want to access — and doors others can't open."
Member archetype 06
The Emerging Sovereign
$200k — $500k annual
Accelerating High trajectory System-building
"Not the biggest number in the room — the most velocity. Accepted because what they're building is exceptional and what they bring to the network compounds for everyone."
Every person in the room has something the other 29 need — and most of them don't know each other yet.

The Circle is built on the premise that a carefully curated room of 30 operators — each at the level where their network, capital, and domain expertise is genuinely valuable — creates a connection asset that compounds over years.

Members have closed deals with each other. Referred each other to the right capital. Introduced each other to the right door. The introductions made inside The Circle are the kind that take a decade to find outside it.

This is not accidental. It is the stated purpose of the membership. Q facilitates. The room does the heavy lifting.

What the Network Delivers

At this income level, a single introduction can return the membership fee ten times over. The Circle is built to create those introductions.

Capital access
The right co-investor at the right moment.
Members include active capital allocators deploying into real estate, private equity, and operating businesses. The deal flow that surfaces in The Circle doesn't circulate publicly — it moves between people who trust each other. That trust is what The Circle builds.
Domain expertise
The physician who answers the question your GP won't.
When your legal structure needs reviewing, when you're negotiating an acquisition, when you need a second medical opinion that isn't filtered through liability concerns — that person is in the room. Not as a service provider. As a peer who you've spent months building trust with.
Distribution & doors
Introductions that bypass the queue.
Members with audiences, distribution, and institutional relationships can open doors for other members that cold outreach never could. The introduction from someone inside The Circle carries a weight that no pitch deck can replicate. One warm intro to the right person changes the trajectory.
Operator intelligence
The Monday morning decision made with a room behind it.
When you're making the call that matters — the acquisition, the restructure, the hire, the exit — you want 29 people who have made similar calls, who know your situation, and who will be honest with you. That is what two years in The Circle builds. Not a network. A board.
The Structure

Designed for operators who don't have time for another meeting — but will make time for the ten minutes that matter.

Monday
Async Access Opens
Submit your situation, decision, or question. Q and the relevant members review before Tuesday's session. The 10 minutes is prepared, not improvised.
Direct · Private doc
Tuesday
Group Session
Ten minutes per active member. High-intensity, no filler. You watch as much as you participate — the cases of other members at your level are the curriculum.
Live · Closed session
Wednesday
Async Access Continues
Follow-up, refinement, connections. Q makes introductions. Members connect directly. The async layer is where the network does its work.
Direct · Private doc
Thursday
Group Session
Second session of the week. Different energy from Tuesday — members bring what Tuesday's session unlocked. The compound effect of twice-weekly depth is the difference.

The Application Process

You don't buy a membership.
You apply for one.
Acceptance is not guaranteed.

01
Initial Inquiry Private · 48hr response
Send a brief note — who you are, what you're building, why The Circle. Not a formal application. A signal. Q reads every inquiry personally. If the signal is right, you receive an invitation to the next stage.
02
Qualification Conversation 30 minutes · Video
A direct conversation — not an interview, not a sales call. Q wants to understand what you're building, what you need, and what you bring to a room of 30 serious operators. You want to understand whether this is the right room for you. Both questions get answered in 30 minutes.
03
Member Review Current members vote
Your application goes to the existing membership — anonymized, summarized. Current members review whether your addition strengthens the room. This is not a popularity contest. It is a calibration: does this person raise the average? One veto from a current member ends the process. The integrity of the room is more valuable than the revenue.
04
Acceptance & Onboarding If approved
You receive a formal offer with your membership tier, start date, and the onboarding process. Your first session includes a full introduction to the membership — your background, what you're building, what you're looking for. The room activates around you from day one. We don't add members quietly.
05
Annual Renewal Review Every member · Every year
Membership is not automatically renewed. Each year, Q reviews whether every member is still contributing to the room at the level expected. Members who are no longer operating at the requisite level, who are not contributing to the network, or who are not showing up — are kindly offboarded to make room for someone who will. The quality of the room is permanent policy.
The Founding Cohort
3 confirmed · 5 in review · 7 open · 15 reserved for later cohorts

The founding cohort is the first 15 members — the people who define the culture, the standards, and the network DNA of everything that comes after. These are not early adopters. They are architects of the institution.

Founding members receive their first year at Core pricing regardless of tier, permanent Founding designation, and priority position in the member review process for all future applicants. They also have direct input into The Circle's structure, format, and focus areas — because the room they help build is the room they'll be in for years.

Most importantly: the founding cohort sets the tone. The first 15 members determine what it means to be in The Circle. That influence compounds permanently — every new member joins a room the founders shaped.

  • Year 1 at Core pricing regardless of tier selected
  • Permanent Founding designation in Circle records and communications
  • Priority member review rights — founding members have first vote on new applicants
  • Direct input into Circle structure and format during the first 6 months
  • Annual summit — founding cohort holds a dedicated founders-only session
  • All Codex packs included at no additional cost for life
  • First right of refusal on Meridian sovereign build founding slots
  • Rate lock — founding pricing holds for as long as you remain a member

The right person for The Circle doesn't spend time deciding whether they belong. They spend time deciding whether this is the right moment. If the moment is right — the process is straightforward. If it isn't — we'll tell you that too.

Applications are reviewed weekly. There is no application form. There is a conversation. Send a brief note — who you are, what you're building, what you're looking for. Three sentences is enough. If it's right, you'll hear back within 48 hours.

If you're uncertain whether you qualify — you can describe your situation and Q will tell you directly whether this is a fit. We don't make people guess.

The room you're in
determines the ceiling
you operate under.

Change the room. Change the ceiling.

In ten years, you'll look back at the network you built in your 30s and 40s as one of the most important assets you have. Not the courses you took. Not the books you read. The people you were in the room with.

The Circle is not for everyone. It is for the operator who has reached the level where the right introduction matters more than the right information — and who understands that the people worth knowing are also selective about who they know.

If that's you — the conversation is straightforward. If you're not sure — that's also a straightforward conversation. Either way, it starts with three sentences and a send button.
